PMO Lead

Your responsibilities would include:
- Driving and supporting PMO activities for regional/global projects
- Integrating the project plan changes & derogations as part of the governance cycle
- Coordinating the agreed upon resolution of the project constraints of scope, time, risk and resources
- Organizing and maintain project-related documentation such as project plans, reports, risk logs, and issue registers, supported by SharePoint and other tools
- Providing administrative assistance to the PMO team, including program contract management and facilitating various program meetings and events.
- Contributing to and preparing all relevant managerial reports and project statuses
- Managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interest
- Ensuring compliance with PMO governance and processes thought the whole project timeline, provide explanations if necessary.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Economics, Finance or Business Administration
- 5+ years of working experience in medium to complex projects contributing to the development and delivery of program management and governance activities
- Very good understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Customer-centric mindset, ability to understand voice of the customer and convert it into meaningful and impactful actions & initiatives
- Team player able to work collaboratively with and through others. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Ability to approach senior stakeholders using appropriate level of detail and terminology
- Fluent English required
Nice to have:
- Relevant Project Management certification (e.g. P3M, PMBoK, PRINCE)
