The Manager Global Agile Ways of Working has a dedicated focus on driving the global, disciplined and scaled agile ways of working. The role supports a multi-year integral transformation that should lead to a high performance organization based on agile principles, values, methodologies and mindset. This multi-year transformation is a whole-system change which means that the role needs to inspire, engage and influence senior executives and stakeholders, by unlocking the value pockets and showing the value agile wow deliver to the organization.



Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • identifying where adopting Agile WoW brings value and drive transformation through different change interventions on all levels in the organization, in OpCos, Regions and the Global Functions. This should be supported by the agile playbook, agile standards and practices, global training/capability building initiatives, coach-the-coach and train-the-trainer
  • shaping the agile transformation vision, translating the vision into aligned roadmap and driving and measuring progress of the execution
  • being a thought leader in agile transformation, and owner of the agile standards and practices
  • inspiring, influencing and engaging with executive and senior stakeholders on all levels of the organization
  • leading the global agile transformation via disciplined, standard approach and scaled agile ways of working across the organization
  • pro-actively driving the transformation and scaled agile, based on transformation objectives and measures
  • leading the department of Agile Coaches, Agile CI Consultant and Scrum Master chapter
  • leading and supporting different Guilds (agile organizational construct) to leverage the transformation, learning and accelerate the agile WoW globally
  • shaping and leading Agile Acceleration initiatives in the OpCos
  • liaising with Executives / directors in becoming agile leaders.

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • university/Master degree
  • 13-15+ years relevant experience in integral transformations
  • 5+ years leading complex transformations, thought leader in transformations
  • experience in Scaled Agile Frameworks (e.g. LeSS, Safe 5.0) and use these pragmatically as a reference model for designing and improving of processes
  • experienced in agile methodologies (e.g. Lean, Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking)
  • well developed consultancy skills (e.g. problem definition, problem analyses and advise) in an agile context
  • experience in creating sustainable change via designing and executing change interventions on different management levels
  • experience in working within a complex international organization
  • excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to lead by inspiring and influencing senior leaders across the organization
  • the ability to be structured, organized and results oriented
  • good presentation skills, verbally and written
  • good understanding of organizational constructs: organizational design, process analyses and process design
  • the ability to promote and demonstrate leadership in an agile context (being an Agile role model)
  • an understanding of the impact of Digital transformation, Agile, DevOps concepts on IT organization and capabilities.
