Learning Experience Specialist

In this role you will design and develope impactful learning programs across the organization.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Supporting the creation of effective learning programs within the organization, by designing and development learning initiatives that enhance employee skills and knowledge (aligned to the global standards of excellence in learning).
- Assessing organizational needs by working in consultation with customers to identifying performance gaps, aligned to business goals. This assessment leads to the development of targeted learning solutions.
- Designing and developing instructional materials, courses, and training modules, using adult learning principles and emerging trends to create engaging content.
- Maintaining the global standards and principles of what good looks like in HEINEKEN.
- Proactively coaching and consulting with employees and business groups to provide guidance on skill development and performance challenges.
- Collaborate with external vendors to deliver programs, monitoring vendor work aligned to organizational goals.
- Measuring the effectiveness of learning programs using evaluation metrics. This includes tracking learner progress, collecting feedback, and adjusting content as needed.
- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices is essential, in order to propose innovative solutions based on research and industry guidance.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- 5 years of working experience in a relevant field
- Experience in instructional design and course development.
- Knowledge of learning platforms (LMS & LXP)
- Application of best-in-class approaches for the design, development and measurement of impactful learning programs (including adult learning theories).
- Strong communication skills, effective at guiding leaders through their learning needs analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to support effective collaboration with customers when taking instructions and developing learning products.
- Project management, with understanding of how to work in an agile way, to support the assignment-based ways of working.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
