Leadership Development Coordinator

In this role you will drive the coordination of global Talent programs and support the deployment of Leadership initiatives to strengthen organizational capability. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensure effective execution through project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Translating the strategy in an operational plan
- Implementing and executing the operational plan
- Planning and organizing own work.
- Managing (independently operating) subordinates via others
- Providing guidance and supervising subordinates on end results
- Being a Project Manager for (part of a) project within own function, with an impact on other functions, OpCos, Regions
- Being a specialist, expert in a specific field providing professional support within own function, OpCo, Region
- Taking care of procedural work (with a broad scope and integrated approach, using complex systems)
- Overlooking execution of work applying practical methods and processes
- Coordinating Talent Programmes.
- Supporting deployment of Global Leadership Programmes.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Bachelor or Master degree
- 2 - 5 years of work experience.
- Experience with Learning & Development initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in systems and data analysis.
- Experience in a large multinational or consultancy firm.
- Experience in organizational psychology
- Experience in Audit
- Experience with IT systems, Microsoft Office, knowledge of industry trends
- English - professional proficiency (Min. C1)
