Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (fixed-term contract)

Your responsibilities would include:

• delivering operational support to employees, managers and stakeholders
• leading end-to-end recruitment processes
• diversifying sourcing channels based on the market data and business needs
• keeping candidates’ updated on the recruitment process
• advising hiring managers on TA processes.

 
You are a good candidate if you have:

• 2 years experience in HR area within a large, dynamic organization 
• data-savvy mindset to share knowledge and best practices
• engagement and commitment to drive and deliver assigned tasks
• good communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• ability to work independently and proactively
• excellent written and verbal English
• university degree, HR or related field will be an asset.
