Junior Project Manager

Your daily tasks may include:

 

  • managing the delivery of assigned projects or small programs, ensuring alignment with objectives
  • integrating standardized project management processes, tools, and templates into project execution
  • coordinating project teams and managing constraints (scope, schedule, resources)
  • supporting change management activities throughout the project lifecycle
  • maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring audit readiness
  • engaging with stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment
  • tracking and reporting project progress, milestones, and deliverables
  • analyzing project performance, reporting outcomes, and recommending corrective actions
  • overseeing resource allocation and resolving conflicts within project teams
  • supporting financial planning, budgeting, and cost tracking for projects
  • ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and standards
  • leading project meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • leading risk management, mitigation, and escalation for project-specific risks
  • supporting onboarding and development of project team members
  • driving continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
  • collaborating with functional leads and business stakeholders
  • facilitating lessons learned documentation and knowledge sharing
  • championing the adoption of new project management tools and best practices
  • providing hands-on support to project teams and resolving operational issues
  • fostering a culture of structured delivery, collaboration, and professional growth.

 


You are a good match if you have:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management or PMO roles
  • proven track record of managing complex projects or programs across multiple functions
  • experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff
  • demonstrated success in implementing governance frameworks and performance management practices
  • experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination
  • advanced skills in project management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint)
  • strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

 

You are a perfect match if you also have:

 

  • Project Management certification Practitioner level (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, PRINCE2Agile) 
  • training or certification in portfolio management, governance, or change management (e.g. PgMP, or MoP, Prosci).
