Junior Pricing & Discounts Specialist

Your responsibilities would include:

Perform E2E Pricing and Discounts activities by: 

  • managing price list processes
  • managing different types of discounts and approval processes
  • standardising and optimising pricing and discount processes across OpCos
  • providing OpCo-specific insights when required
  • applying deep knowledge of end-to-end systems as well as pricing and discounts processes and digital skills to identify root causes of potential issues
  • identifying risks and preventing them in a proactive manner
  • ensuring process controls, policies, and compliance requirements are adhered to and suggesting improvements where appropriate
  • working collaboratively with other teams (e.g. Sales, MDM, Collection, OpCo Finance) to ensure effective process delivery
  • supporting and contributing to the delivery and implementation of continuous improvement projects in collaboration with OpCos, HGSS, and in line with HEINEKEN standards
  • regularly updating the Team Leader on developments, opportunities, and issues related to pricing and discounts
  • driving own personal development in finance-specific skills and business knowledge by implementing an individual development plan
  • maintaining complete and up-to-date process documentation.



You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • ability to work with large volumes of data
  • ability to work with different systems
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • stakeholder management skills
  • very good understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash process
  • solid business knowledge
  • experience working in a multinational environment, including Shared Services Centres
  • mindset and behaviours aligned with HEINEKEN Finance Behaviours
  • strong, demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • English proficiency at least C1 level
