Junior Pricing & Discounts Specialist

Your daily tasks may include:

Perform E2E Pricing and Discounts activities by:

• managing Price List process; different kinds of discounts and approval process
• standardising and optimising processes across Operation Companies and providing them specific insights if required
• applying deep knowledge of E2E systems and pricing & discounts process and digital skills in order to identify root causes of potential issues
• identifying risk and preventing them in a proactive way
• ensuring process controls, policies and compliance are adhered to and suggesting any improvements as appropriate
• working collaboratively with other teams (e.g., Sales, MDM, Collection, OpCo Finance) to ensure effective delivery of the process
• supporting and contributing to the delivery and implementation of continuous improvement projects in collaboration with OpCo, HGSS and in line with HEINEKEN’s standards
• maintaining complete and up-to-date process documentation.

You are a good match if you have:

• English B2/C1 written and verbal communication skills
• very good understanding of end2end Order to Cash process
• strong analytical skills
• ability to work with large amount of data and different systems
• strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
