Junior People Data Specialist (maternity cover)

Job purpose:
Performs regular and ad hoc reporting, data analysis providing reliable and meaningful insight to People Function and HGSS Management on every level to support effective decision making.
Is HR systems’ key user and acts as first system or data escalation point for People Function team. Responsible for proactively partnering with internal stakeholders to produce insightful analytics and creative reporting solutions through the use of various tools and HR systems. Requires skills in business acumen, data quality and data analysis.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Performs regular and ad hoc reporting and data analysis providing reliable and meaningful data to People Function and HGSS Leaders
- Acts as HR system or data escalation point for People Function team
- Supports data preparation of the Total Rewards processes (i.e. salary review, promotions, data submission to market data providers, etc.) through providing, maintaining and uploading necessary and accurate data
- Administration of Job Descriptions
- Supports People BP and HGSS Leaders with maintaining Performance Management system
- Responsible for manual Distribution lists and support of dynamic distribution lists
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Advanced Excel/VBA/Power BI user experience, able to create templates and tools to support People Function
- Strong business perspective combined with well-developed consulting, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills to deal effectively with a wide array of demanding business leaders including senior executives.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and understand data at all levels
- (SAP)SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus
- Communications skills to explain complex data to various audiences
- Knowledge of remuneration principles, compensation benchmarking, grading methodologies, performance management is a benefit.
- Up to 1y relevant experience, basic People Function understanding, have theoretical knowledge of his/her discipline
- English proficiency
