The Junior Master Data Specialist creates, maintains and monitors Master Data records in accordance with HEINEKEN process standards, data standards, policies and objectives to ensure that accurate and validated data is entered in the system for the assigned OpCos. All in order to achieve the agreed performance objectives and service levels while and strictly complying with the all the standards.

Your responsibilities would include:

• creating and maintaining Master Data records in various OpCos systems in accordance with HEINEKEN process standards, data standards, policies and objectives
• ensuring that Master Data requests are handled according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) using the workflow tools and numerous supporting applications
• responding to queries from other counter partners via e-mail/telephone or any other means of communications available in alignment with service management processes
• coordinating and actively supporting business processes, projects and requirements inside and outside the team, providing reports and data analysis
• monitoring Master Data quality and actively fixes encountered or reported issues, monitors Ataccama tool to filter out and fix inconsistencies
• raising concerns about Master Data quality, data governance and related issues to the Team Leader
• actively looking for process improvement opportunities, participating in testing and implementation of new optimization solutions
• highlighting any high workloads and potential bottle necks to the team leader to ensure that SLA breaches do not occur.

• basic / intermediate Excel skills.
