Junior Global Data Administrator is responsible for working with HEINEKEN functions including Global Marketing, Global Sales, Global Supply Chain and Global Finance and HEINEKEN’s Operating Companies in the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of master data to ensure optimal execution of business processes as well as reporting accuracy. All in order to achieve the agreed performance objectives (PPIs & KPIs) and service levels and strictly comply with the compliance obligations.
Your responsibilities would include:
- validating requests of creation and maintenance of global data in accordance with complex and extensive Data Standards and Policies, within agreed Service Level Agreement
- acting as a first line of support for any queries related to multiple domains of master data: vendor, material, and customer; as well as application usage, from Heineken worldwide stakeholders
- providing roles maintenance related to MDM application in HeIDM for all worldwide Heineken master data users
- ensuring that Master Data related tickets registered in are handled according to the Service Level Agreement
You are a good candidate if you have: - min. 1 year of work experience in an international company, preferably in Data Management / Master Data area
- Bachelors or Master’s degree
- strong motivation and willingness to develop in Master Data Area
- excel skills

- analytical skills
- good communication skills
- fluent English
Nice to have: - FI/MM SAP basic knowledge
