Junior Controlling Business Partner

Your responsibilities would include:

• acting as a single point of contact to HGSS Leadership Team. Building relationship with leaders and managers. Supporting stakeholders in relevant financial aspect of the business delivery
• providing necessary finance and business analysis to support  HGSS’s performance measurement and decision-making
• providing management with accurate and business relevant (action oriented) reports and commentary 
• collaborating with various departments to understand their business needs and provides expertise to support decision-making processes
• helping to formulate, translate and/or operationalise financial policies
• participating in Finance-related projects.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• more than  5 years of experience in finance/ controlling area
• advanced Excel skills (pivot, lookups, macro etc.) 
• ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• project certification (CIMA/ACCA).
