Internship in Talent Acquisition Administration

Intern role in the Talent Acquisition Administration team includes acting as a company ambassador in contact with potential future employees and supporting other specialists in administrative tasks. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work within deadlines, and great communication skills to ensure that we deliver the Talent strategy.
 


Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • organizing interview schedules and assisting TA Specialists with various administrative tasks
  • administration and coordination of full recruitment request cycle, from creation to closing
  • managing Talent Acquisition Data Management and ensuring information and systems are captured in a timely and accurate basis at all times
  • ensuring proper communication about talent acquisition with involved stakeholders
  • working cooperatively with all members of the team to develop and implement plans and activities.

 

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • educational background - currently pursuing a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • communication skills - excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in english at a minimum b2 level
  • organizational skills - strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • technical and HR knowledge - familiarity with microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint) and basic theoretical and practical knowledge of talent acquisition
  • adaptability and commitment - learning agility to adapt to a dynamic environment and commitment to drive and deliver assigned tasks.
