This role is part of the D&T Support Functions of HEINEKEN International and is located in HEINEKEN Global Shared Service in Krakow. We are committed to making HEINEKEN the most connected brewery. As the D&T Solution Lead for Procurement – StP, you will lead a team of Technology Procurement Consutlants, in design, implementation and maintainance of business platforms for the Source to Pay processes, partnering closely with Business Product Owner(s), D&T Product Owners and external partners, you will support the D&T Manager Procurement in shaping the multi-year roadmap, set engineering and delivery standards, and coach cross-functional product teams to reliably ship value—securely, compliantly, and at scale.
Your responsibilities would include:
People Leadership
- Leading a Functional Team ( ~8 FTE per team): workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, goal-setting, performance, and a culture of learning, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Building succession plans and talent pipelines for leadership and expert tracks
- Mentoring Technology Specialists and Business Analysts; setting and enforcing standards, best practices and architectural guidelines.
Product, Delivery & Portfolio
- Co-creating, maintaining, and delivering the roadmap for Business Platforms with senior Business and Technology stakeholders
- Driveing Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban), DevOps, to improve flow efficiency and time-to-value
- Designing and improving processes that enhance efficiency, quality, and straight-through processing
- Establishing and operating the product support model and business-as-usual ways of working: define service transition from build to run; set up tiered support (L1/L2/L3), SLAs, incident/problem/change & release management, knowledge base; and drive continuous service improvement
- Establishing and maintaining robust governance and documentation for the delivery platform, ensuring consistent standards, compliance, and clear guidance to enable efficient, scalable, and high-quality solution delivery.
Architecture & Engineering
- Defining architecture and designing for Business Platforms based on functional/non-functional requirements, balancing D&T standards and technology constraints
- Ensuring that solution designs align to the enterprise architectural vision, technical roadmap, security, and data standards.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Collaborating with external vendors to deliver roadmap components; ensuring SLAs, technical expectations, and integration requirements are met
- Serving as the internal point of contact for vendor-related technical escalations and continuous optimization.
Financial & Budget Management
- Owning the solution budget across build/run (Opex/Capex): AP, ROFO(s) and month-end close in partnership with Finance team
- Tracking and optimizing spend (vendor SOWs, licensing, consultancy costs)
- Leading business cases and funding.
Risk, Controls & Governance
- Embedding controls and governance across the product lifecycle (design, build, test, release, run).
- Proactively managing operational risk, auditability, and compliance expectations (e.g. Internal Controls, GDPR).
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or Business related field
- 10+ years’ experience in technical/consulting roles within complex environments with end-to-end delivery accountability
- Proven leadership of federated or matrix product teams (direct, indirect line management and external consultants)
- Experience in managing functional teams, budgets, and resource planning
- Advanced knowledge in designated process domains
- Hands-on experience in Agile environments within a product operating model
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated success delivering scalable, secure solutions in corporate settings
- Proactive problem-solver and change agent with a structured, results-oriented approach
- Excellent (senior) stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Experience guiding/mentoring team members in a collaborative, pragmatic, team-player way
- Ability to act as a role model by demonstrating accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, inspiring others to uphold excellence in delivery and teamwork.
