We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to manage and coordinate a broad portfolio of IT initiatives within HEINEKEN’s global environment. The role requires strong ownership of planning, execution, and reporting across multiple projects, with a strong focus on Jira-based delivery management, governance, and top-down portfolio oversight.You will work with senior stakeholders, product teams, and delivery leads to ensure transparency, predictability, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • managing a portfolio of IT projects and initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • owning end-to-end project governance: scope, timeline, dependencies, risks, and budget
  • driving planning, tracking, and reporting in Jira (roadmaps, milestones, capacity, dependencies)
  • providing top-down portfolio oversight and clear executive-level status reporting
  • ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and delivery execution
  • actively managing risks, issues, and dependencies across projects and streams
  • facilitating decision-making forums, steering committees, and stakeholder syncs
  • supporting teams in improving delivery predictability, planning quality, and execution discipline
  • ensuring consistent ways of working, standards, and reporting across the portfolio.


You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Delivery Manager in complex, multi-project environments
  • proven experience working with Jira for planning, tracking, and portfolio overview
  • strong experience in top-down planning, portfolio management, and executive reporting
  • experience in managing senior stakeholders and communicating clearly at different organizational levels
  • structured, proactive, and outcome-oriented approach
  • understanding of both business and IT perspectives and can translate between them
  • fluent English level, and you are comfortable working in an international environment.


You are a perfect match if you also have:

 

  • experience in large-scale transformation programs (e.g., ERP, S/4HANA, digital transformation)
  • experience with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models
  • experience in governance, PMO, or portfolio management roles
  • familiarity with financial tracking, capacity planning, and demand management.
