This role is part of the Digital & Technology department of HEINEKEN International and is located in Poland, Krakow. The IT Project Delivery Lead - Supply Chain (DTW: Demand-to-Warehouse) reports into the Head of Connected Supply Chain and is one of the professionals who is supporting the functional D&T (IT) Supply Chain team to coordinate the delivery of our digitized solutions towards the transformation agenda (DBB).

The ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in tech delivery (understanding dependencies between teams and platforms, defect resolution etc), further supported by an understanding of supply chain processes. This role requires strong stakeholder management & engagement, collaboration & coordination across cross-functional teams, strong program management expertise, and the ability to drive a delivery agenda

Your responsibilities would include:

· Facilitation and collaboration with key stakeholders across D&T Supply Chain (Portfolio Leads / FBOs) in respect to the DBB - DTW agenda, providing visibility and coordinating across teams for delivery & timelines for design / build & deploy activities

· Providing insights on measurable progress for DTW block plan delivery, overall development & deployment risks & mitigations. This includes insights at the feature and CR level, in terms of progress, blockers and facilitating teams with the rapid resolution of impediments. 

· Collaborating and staying closely aligned with other major Program streams and stakeholders to highlight & coordinate dependencies, ensuring successful preparation and deployment of the DBB agenda

· Effectively highlighting and facilitating across risks, issues and escalations that may arise during the deployment of the DBB Program (prioritization across programs, resource allocation, budget, progress on entry & exit criteria, etc)

· Ensuring visibility of key impediments/risks to key stakeholders to ensure mitigation and risk management, Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Acting as a bridge between FBOs, D&T SC Portfolios & DBB Program

· Facilitating collaboration between teams, creating visibility, awareness and leading the coordination of key dependencies, ensuring execution by FBOs

· Ensuring DTW delivers DBB program compliance on process and content requirements (Jira maintenance, CRs, Defect resolution, Testing, entry & exit criteria, etc)

· Providing regular updates and communication between feature build owners and the platform owners, as aligned with DBB PMO

· Alignment between feature build owners and platform owners, as defined with the DBB PMO

· Facilitation of scenarios / options aligned with teams as part of RAID log for DBB DTW

You are a good candidate if you have:

· Degree in Information Technology
· Experience in a similar role within a complex international environment with specific involvement in technology implementation
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within FMCG industry
· Knowledge of Supply Chain processes
· ITIL and Project management certification
· Technical depth and affinity with the relevant function to understand issues and judge their relative importance
· Ability to identify and manage interdependencies
· Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Excellent communication skills in English: ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills
