IT PMO Intern

The IT PMO Intern for Connected Brewery program will work in a supportive environment where the primary focus is on learning and growth. This role provides an immersive experience in Program/Project Management and Agile, enabling the intern to gain practical skills in Financial Management, Planning, Stakeholders Management. Emphasis is placed on a willingness to learn, creative problem-solving, and a can-do attitude rather than prior professional experience.

 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • keeping the product deployment roadmap up-to-date in Heineken PPM tool
  • analyzing the reports from Business Control during Month End closure, Rolling Forecast and Annual planning
  • helping to create and to maintain the Annual Planning in Heineken tools
  • elaborating and optimizing Project/Program reports
  • creating monthly cross-charges to the OpCos
  • creating Purchase Orders and Good Receipts
  • checking and processing Vendor’s invoices.

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • excellent written and verbal English
  • a genuine passion for Project Management and Agile and a strong desire to learn new frameworks and new techniques
  • knowledge of basic financial aspects of a project like: forecasting and actuals
  • knowledge and experience in Excel (PowerBI is a plus)
  • a creative and analytical mindset with the ability to approach challenges with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • a cooperative spirit and openness to feedback, with a focus on personal and professional growth
  • a detail-oriented mindset and confidence in using analytical skills.
