This role is part of the Global Digital & Technology department of HEINEKEN International and is located at our Heineken Global Shared Service Centre in Krakow.

As a MarTech Specialist, you will immerse yourself in a collaborative agile squad of product architects and Marketing Technology geeks. This role's major aim is to lead the implementation and configuration of OneTrust across our global organisation.


Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • executing seamless integration of the OneTrust UCPM solution and transition of other current consent preference management solutions into the existing systems and platforms of the operating companies across the globe
  • ensuring consistency of the overall consent management solution
  • ensuring the delivered system and services are consistent with the agreed architecture and meet the business requirements
  • driving the technical validation and ensure the services of the technology vendors meet the business requirements
  • designing the implementation to be scalable and adaptable to future growth and changes in the marketing and regulatory landscape
  • implementing a user-friendly opt-out management mechanism, empowering consumers to modify or withdraw consent effortlessly
  • willingness to learn and acquire different marketing consent and analytics-oriented certifications (offered by Heineken)
  • forging relationships with stakeholders globally to enhance solution maturity, both technically and business-wise
  • ensuring compliance, by liaising with legal and privacy departments all over the world, with international data protection regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant standards.
  • conducting continuous monitoring of regulatory changes and update the consent solution to ensure ongoing compliance
  • designing and customize branded consent forms aligned with the company's identity, ensuring a positive and regionally adaptable user experience
  • managing granular consent preferences, allowing for specific permissions related to diverse marketing activities
  • establishing automated workflows for the entire consent lifecycle, including initial collection, renewal, and withdrawal processes
  • building marketing consent awareness, people capabilities in OpCo’s and share knowledge by means of training sessions geared to a wide group of employees involved in consent management processes
  • generating insightful reports and analytics to track and analyze consent data, supporting data-driven marketing decisions
  • offerring dedicated support channels to address issues and maintain smooth operation of the OneTrust solution
  • tackle data architecture, ensuring seamless data flows for enhanced journeys, and identify opportunities for process and technology improvements that have direct business impact.
  • planning governance and planning for solution and capability maturity, continually assessing people, processes, and technology- the operating model for sustained excellence
  • being able to zoom out and view the solution as part of the wider D&T architecture to plan ahead in terms of technology and data architecture.


You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • at least 3-5 years of relevant (global) experience in a similar position
  • business domain expertise for the relevant product
  • knowledge of Azure, Consumer Data Platforms, Consent Solutions, and Personal Data Store
  • good knowledge of international data protection regulations is mandatory
  • excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, presentation, and analysis skills
  • skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling
  • fluent English language required (communicating and convincing)
  • experience in working with Business Intelligence tools would be a plus
  • experience of working in a deadline-driven environment with rapid release cycles
  • experience with Agile ways of working
  • experience in rollout of global solution operating across the markets will be considered a plus.
