Health & Safety Digital Training and Systems Specialist

In this role you will be responsible for assuring that Health & Safety digital training and systems are in place and actively used by all employees and Opco’s. You will support the organization and employees to execute any activity in a safe and healthful work environment.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Conducting Health & Safety digital training and digital systems (for example safety induction, safe work permit, PDS, road safety) at Global and Opco level
• Overseeing the performance of reporting platforms, ensuring insights are available to all operating companies and data quality standards are maintained. Being a specialist, expert in a specific field providing professional support to OpCo/Region. 
• Procedural work (with a broad scope and integrated approach, using complex systems). 
• Execution of work applying practical methods and processes 
• Leveraging standardized Health & Safety management and reporting systems to effectiveness and efficiency including Knowledge Management
• Analyzing Health & Safety data to identify trends, patterns and areas for continuous improvement
• Digital training development and monitoring using existing HEINEKEN platforms
• Supporting the implementation of selected data-driven and technology solutions

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Bachelor or Master degree
• 5 years of work experience
• Demonstrated experience in systems and reporting and experience in a large multinational (preferably FMCG) company
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with management & reporting systems, PowerBI, Microsoft Office, AI, knowledge of industry trends
• Very good communication skills
• Project management skills would be an asset
• English - full professional proficiency (min. C1)
