HR Systems Specialist

Your responsibilities would include:

 

  • Being responsible for delivery of functional support activities within the MyHR ecosystem
  • Supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central (EC), Learning (LMS), Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Onboarding (ONB), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Succession & Development (S&D) and Compensation (COMP)
  • Supporting other global HR systems such as PeopleDoc and ServiceNow
  • Acting as a source of information on global design and safeguards solution integrity for Business as Usual
  • Serving as a functional expert in the HR Systems & Solutions landscape
  • Understanding business needs, analyzing complex requirements and overseeing business impact
  • Collaborating closely with nearshore technical support partners
  • Participating in testing cycles, releases and training of business stakeholders within the global MyHR community
  • Driving first-time-right resolution of tickets handled by the technical support team
  • Monitoring resolution and response times in line with SLA agreements
  • Acting as a source of information on the global design of the MyHR ecosystem
  • Participating in projects and coordinating assigned changes from start to finish
  • Performing requirements gathering and functional acceptance testing
  • Advising on system capabilities while safeguarding global template processes
  • Performing ticket analysis to identify trends and acts proactively on findings
  • Monitoring data quality and guides OpCos to improve their data quality
  • Delivering improvement proposals on support processes

 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

  • Bachelor/Master University degree
  • 3–5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Deep functional SAP SuccessFactors expertise across multiple modules
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and supporting technologies
  • Understanding of digital products that integrate with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong business understanding, operational excellence, analytical skills and hands-on mentality
  • Fluent English
  • Clear, thorough and timely verbal and written communication using appropriate and effective tools
  • Strong mobilization and open-minded listening skills
  • Strong process and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with Functional Owners
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
