HGP Business Insights Lead

Your responsibilities would include:

• Leading the inception and delivery of new AI & BI functionalities to deliver business value. 
• Managing projects from start to finish.
• Maintaining and improving our core procurement reporting capability for maximum value. 
• Ensuring optimal business usage of key procurement insights such as spend, payment terms, carbon, quantities and performance KPIs with high quality content. 
• Delivering data for key corporate reporting such as carbon footprint disclosure
• Working in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders at senior director level, to support first time right insights quality, contributing to the procurement strategy delivery. 
• Working in complex environment with many different sources of data
• Leading the data provision for the highly complex and company critical carbon footprint reporting, and driving structural improvements.
• Cutting through a highly complex data landscape with diversified data sources and levels of maturity, which when combined provide business insights to improve performance in terms of savings, control and efficiency.
• Working as lead of a cross functional team within an Agile environment to deliver successful results to maximise business benefits with high ease of use, delivering required developments and driving continuous improvement plans
   

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Demonstrated procurement analytics experience in a multi-national environment
• Experience in areas of Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain
• Strong & practical experience working with data, deep understanding of Procurement & Supply Chain processes
• Strong abilities to connect and deliver in order to identify and drive continuous improvement. 
• Excellent analytical skills to be on top of the content and to lead the design fulfilling new requirements.
• Proven skills to work across levels and functions, to gather requirements, secure stakeholder buy-in and to challenge status quo.
• Ability to paint the bigger picture to facilitate cross functional collaboration
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across different stakeholder groups both centrally & in OpCo. 
• Ability to work under time pressure for periods. 
• Ability to focus on both details as well as the bigger picture. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/ situations at any one time. 
• Ability to take care of training & supporting people to grow the analytics capability.
