Global Security & Compliance Specialist

Your responsibilities would include:
- Being responsible for delivery of maintenance and support of Security & Compliance within SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Succession and Compensation) for all OpCos
- Acting as guardian of global design and protecting the integrity of solutions for Business as Usual and Projects
- Serveing as specialist and technical expert in Role-Based Permissions (RBP) design and configuration
- Analyzing business needs and role requirements and translating them into secure role designs
- Participating in testing cycles and conducts security audits
- Driving secure and maintainable improvements aligned with the global template and RBP best practices
- Implementing role concepts, processes and routines
- Ensuring compliance with HEINEKEN standards and GDPR
- Managing access for all SuccessFactors instances for non-dynamic role assignments
- Providing functional support for complex role-related incidents
- Acting as sparring partner for Functional Specialists on security-related topics
- Driving monthly SOP reviews and validating roles and RBP testing for incidents, changes and projects
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Bachelor/Master University degree
- 3–5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Deep functional SAP SuccessFactors expertise across multiple modules
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and supporting technologies
- Understanding of digital products that integrate with SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong business understanding, operational excellence, analytical skills and hands-on mentality
- Fluent English
- Clear, thorough and timely verbal and written communication using appropriate and effective tools
- Strong mobilization and open-minded listening skills
- Strong process and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with Functional Owners
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
