Global Process Expert Sales

Your daily tasks may include:

  • Process strategy and ownership:
    Be the global expert for sales processes. Support the vision, strategy, and design of global sales processes by providing process expertise and liaising with key OpCo and global stakeholders. Monitor adherence to standard sales process designs and act as the first point of contact for OpCo queries. Drive the reduction of process deviations with OpCos by reviewing and advising on incoming derogation requests in alignment with GPL Sales. Build internal networks to facilitate best practice sharing and identify areas for continuous improvement, standardisation, and efficiency.
  • Process performance:
    Develop and maintain process performance dashboards and KPI frameworks. Plan, roll out, and evaluate process maturity assessments. Support process mining initiatives. Leverage benchmarking structures to support a target‑driven customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous cost improvement.
  • Technology capabilities and data:
    Identify opportunities to mature digital solutions enabling sales processes. Work closely with D&T and Commercial Capability teams, as well as Product Owners (e.g. on eBusiness topics), to embed improvements into the product roadmap. Act as the quality and progress assurance lead in global programmes such as DBB. Serve as the first point of escalation for project teams during global programme deployment, addressing issues and derogations. Work closely with the Market‑to‑Cash Data Lead and data teams to map processes into data flows and ensure they are captured as required in operations.

 

You are a good match if you have:

  • work experience: 4-6 years in similar role & environment
  • required work experience in field of expertise: In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end sales processes. Demonstrated experience in process design and mapping, process analytics, exposure to cross-functional and complex international  environment. Experience of digital transformation projects and a good understanding of product ownership
  • other fields of expertise: Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma
  • functional skills: process E2E oriented thinking, combination of analytical and conceptual thinking. Knowledge of continuous process improvement and project & change management methodologies
  • English (excellent verbal and written skills).
