Global People Data Analyst

The Global People Data Analyst is responsible for data analysis to support the implementation of HEINEKEN’s Global Talent Management strategy.
Your responsibilities would include:
- providing support to HEINEKEN's senior leadership through practical insights, reporting, and visualization to enable strategic People & Business decisions by translating analytical insights into practical business language for the Executive Team (Supervisory Board/ Executive Board/ Executive Team/ Global People Leadership Team), Global Talent & Leadership Team (Annual Plan/ Strategic Plan/ Quarterly Performance Review) and Talent Management Team (Attrition/ Top Talent/ Succession Bench Strength/ Personal Development Plan)
- implementing data visualization and dashboard solutions, primarily utilizing Power BI to automate and facilitate sharing of recurring data insights
- leading both the Executive Team People Review and Executive Team Performance Calibration by collecting and analysing data points as well as building and coordinating presentations
- supporting Talent Management initiatives at OpCo, Function and Regional level via a globally aligned toolkit and framework
- partnering with internal stakeholders for data management, including Global Talent & Leadership Management Teams (MTs) and Data Analysts, Global Function HR Managers, Regional Talent Leads, OpCo People Directors, Global People Leadership Team, Global Reporting & Analytics, Global Rewards and HR Systems & Solutions
- staying up to date with leading practices within talent management across People Data and demonstrating the Learn, Share & Reapply behaviour to curate and adapt best practices across the business
- supporting the Global TM Community of Practice (CoP) to foster collaboration, learning and best practice sharing to embed Data Analytics & Insights as a component of Talent Management as Strategic Capability.
You are a good match if you have:

university level education or equivalent qualification gained through experience

5–7 years of experience with data and insights, preferably within Talent Management or related People Function areas

prior experience in storytelling with data, stakeholder management, data governance and analysing data to generate insights

experience with HRIS technology (ideally SuccessFactors), Microsoft Office and knowledge of industry trends, with Power BI experience as a major plus
- fluent written and verbal English.
