Global Learning Experience Manager

In this role you will be responsible for establishing the ecosystem and processes that underpin a world-class learning and development CoE.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Developing and owning the Content Strategy
- Providing guidance and direction around how the Content Strategy should be utilized to ensure that all learning products and services adhere to the HNK Learning Design and UX principles, are regularly updated and fit for existing and emerging business needs.
- Developing and owning the Design and Development cycle that will guide and provide a framework for Global and local opco teams, in their end-to-end content development projects and initiatives, that ensure impactful learning experiences for stakeholders and colleagues.
- Having ultimate responsibility for the range of learning tools within the learning ecosystem.
- Working with the learning strategy to ensure that the learning systems and tools are delivering the most impactful learner experience for all HNK colleagues.
- Setting the tone for the use of the systems and tools, by providing structure and governance where needed.
- Developing and owning the capability building programme and offerings related to upskilling/reskilling in their area of expertise (Learning).
- Shaping the way in which knowledge on Learning and Development is managed within the wider Learning team.
- Providing consultancy to the business and being a thought partner to colleagues across the business.
- Engaging externally with experts across the field to share good practice and learn from peers.
- Working collaboratively with all key partners, and tool providers, to ensure that all tools are being utilized by the business in the best possible way, through leading on joint projects and initiatives, making strategic decisions on updates/changes and around add on services and scope.
- Engaging externally with solutions/providers to keep up to date on trends and good practice to ensure decisions made for the business are data-informed.
- Being the guardian of the Learning ‘’eco-system’’: the Learning Management System (SuccessFactors) and the Learning Experience System (360Learning)
- Being responsible for developing best in class learning frameworks. Those frameworks are then applied consistently by the Learning Partners across HEINEKEN.
- Being responsible for managing the mandatory learning curriculum – hosting the content and generating reports on completion status
- Being responsible for the learning user experience end to end on our platforms measuring learning uptake, satisfaction, etc
You are a good candidate if you have:
- 10 years+ work experience in a relevant field
- Expert and professional knowledge of the learning and development discipline.
- Demonstrable experience in managing, developing and empowering a successful team of L&D specialists.
- Deep understanding of the affordances of learning management and experience systems.
- Experience in budget and vendor management.
- Proven experience of, and ability to deal with, diverse and challenging problems using initiative and creativity to research issues and propose both practical and innovative solutions where no prior precedent exists.
- Project Mangement skills
- Strong communication skills, effective at guiding colleagues through their learning journey.
- Expertise in learning design and UX principles.
- Effective at negotiation and stakeholder management, including the ability to understand and adapt the content and development strategy in response to emerging user and business needs.
- Proven ability to develop networks to contribute to long term development and capability building.
- Fluent English (written & spoken).
