Global Customer Payments & Loans Product Owner

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Global Customer Payments & Loans Product Owner will be responsible for the success of the global Customer Payments Product and the Customer Loans product and secure that the product is in line with the OTC Blueprint by translating the OTC process, technology and organisational requirements into the product
  • Owning the user experience and works in collaboration with the business or end user to establish requirements in the form of User Stories
  • Maintaining and refines the Product Backlog with a view to maximise reusability between Operating Companies (OpCos)
  • Representing the end user and decides the order in which content is delivered with input from the team; based on value delivered
  • Ensuring end-to-end process and technology integration through collaboration with other global functions, by working closely together with other global product owners and stakeholders from Business and D&T (Digital & Technology)
  • Driving product deployment in OpCos through a delivery organisation, e.g., programme/project teams
  • Taking a quality assurance role towards programme/projects deployments. 


You are a good candidate if:
You have: 

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business / IT, Scrum Product Owner training and certificate is recommended
  • 8-10 years, including exposure to cross-functional and complex international environment. 
  • Required work experience in field of expertise: Demonstrated experience in transactional finance and Order to Cash process, specifically Customer Payments (payments from customer) and Customer Loans (loans to customer). Understanding of the Market to Cash process and the associated risks.
  • Experience with Customer Payments business platforms (Serrala, Autobank), and Customer Loans platforms, ERP (SAP S/4), process mapping tools 
  • Functional skills: Process (end-to-end) oriented thinking, combination of analytical and conceptual thinking. Experience with process design & mapping, project management, change management and platform deployment using Agile methodology. 
  • Languages: English (excellent verbal and written skills).
