In this role, you will organize and execute the global sourcing of CAPEX brewery equipment for brewing, packaging, and utilities under the supervision of the central HGP team. You will follow the HVN CAPEX Project Roadmap processes and carry out all sourcing‑related tasks through the S2C process, in close alignment with global and local SC project managers, engineers, and buyers. You will present final sourcing solutions to OpCo and Regional MTs, and lead the supplier qualification and onboarding process at the tender stage. Additionally, you will support the HGP team in effectively executing Global Supplier Management by providing insights, data, and structure. Your tasks will include structuring and globally communicating CAPEX governance, standards, and procedures across all stakeholders and OpCos.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Setting up annual global tender plan, in close cooperation with GSC and regions(proc/ SC).
• Executing tender plans, considering bundling opportunities, selecting suppliers, negotiating, closely working with all stakeholders and ensuring compliancy of all standards, project goals and the overall HGP CAPEX sourcing strategy with specific focus on Cost & Cash.
• Communicating and reporting.
• Achieving OpCo MT approval of the final delivery being the Procurement Advice and drafting contract.
• Being 100 % updated regarding governance, tooling, systems and data.
• Managing share points and MST, preparing community calls to support the HGP team in increasing OpCo CAPEX capabilities.
• Participating in improvement programs in CAPEX related, under supervisor of HGP.
• Supporting HGP with data and insights to effectively manage global supplier relation escalations.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Master degree in supply chain, economics, business administration or finance.
• 8+ years work experience in procurement or supply chain, having worked in international environments and diverse teams
• Experience in international project procurement, global supplier management, contract management, project management, process design and optimization, multi-functional stakeholder management, operational exposure.
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Large commercial experience, analytical, communications, legal affinity
• English (Full Professional Proficiency)
