Global CS&L Performance & Analytics Capability Lead

Your daily tasks may include:

• leading the design and development of future-fit analytics solutions, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and required quality standards
• working closely with OpCos and Regions to understanding data needs and collaborating with D&T to translating them into technical requirements
• collaborating with Capability and Program teams to ensuring reporting and analytics being developed in line with business definitions and maximizing user experience
• ensuring proper documentation of all business requirements and related functional and technical specifications
• collaborating with Regions and OpCos to ensuring value generation from existing analytics solutions
• identifying opportunities to generating new insights across CS&L to realizing the full potential of existing data
• continuously growing the maturity of analytics solutions by innovating and experimenting with the latest technology trends
• ensuring training and support materials being developed to supporting OpCos in using analytics solutions
• learning from initiatives (both successes and failures), sharing learnings and best practices
• identifying and managing stakeholders across Global, Region, and OpCos
• organizing and leading Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings for analytics products.

You are a good match if you have:

• 6 – 8 years of experience in Supply Chain in a complex international environment/ FMCG industry
• experience working with agile product development teams
• practical knowledge of customer service and Logistics.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• Project Management Experience
• experience working with data platforms
• experience working with JIRA.
