The Global Transformation Office will play a vital role in the delivery of the EverGreen 2030 strategy, mainly by making sure the Regional and Functional plans are aligned and in service of the OpCo strategy, as well as driving fast and quality decision making through our Governance. It's a unique part of the company, where many dots need to be connected across the business.
The GTO Senior PMO Lead provides, end‑to‑end PMO and portfolio management support across the Global Transformation Office. The role ensures disciplined strategy delivery, integrating planning cycles, progress assurance, data quality, governance drumbeats, and cross‑portfolio harmonization. Acting as a neutral orchestrator, the role connects GTO leadership, business portfolios, TMO/PMO teams, Finance, and D&T to support EG2030 execution at speed and scale.
Your responsibilities would include:
- coordinating and driving integrated portfolio planning cycles across all GTO portfolios / EverGreen priorities and translating them into clear deployment roadmaps
- leading and driving the orchestration process of consolidating plans into an integrated OpCo deployment roadmap, with full clarity to stakeholders on which Programs/Projects are planned when & where
- co-shaping the yearly planning flow with key moments linked to SP / AP, communicate and onboarding stakeholders to ensure timely input and a "first-time-right" delivery
- generating portfolio analysis & insights to portfolio stakeholders to support (re)planning and decision-making towards portfolio (product & project) value delivery (within time, cost, quality)
- supporting the monitoring of EverGreen strategy delivery within and across the PRIO portfolios, related SteerCos and Cockpit meeting(s)
- ensuring continuous improvement and assuring data quality of planning and monitoring processes, roadmaps, reports/dashboards, project and program definitions. Ensuring the processes and information are fit-for-purpose
- contributing to the delivery of transformation capability / safeguard adherence to Greenprint standards & governance
- liaising with TMO/PMO teams across Global Functions/Regions/Hubs/OpCos to ensure consistency in standards, process and reports, and deployment roadmap integration
- supporting adoption and improvement of PPM systems and reporting (incl. SNOW‑PPM).
You are a good candidate if you have:
- have a Master’s degree (Business, Finance, IT, Transformation, or related)
- have 5- 10 years relevant experience in PMO / Program / Portfolio management
- have experience in working within a complex international organization
- have experience working with senior stakeholders across Regions/Functions
- are familiarized with company-wide strategy deployment
- are familiarized with PMO (Portfolio, PM), process, methodologies, supporting technology
- have hands‑on experience with PPM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
- have the knowledge & experience to create portfolio insights/dashboards.
