GPM Team Lead RTR

The GPM Team Lead RTR supports OpCos in capturing the value of templated ways of working. The role brings template processes to life within the respective platforms, collaborating end-to-end across process, data, and technology streams. This postion drives process alignment across capabilities and tools.

 

Your responsibilities would include: 

 

  • governing the template and acting as the lead and spokesperson for the respective process stream (StP/DtW/MtC/RtR/FP&A), validating process designs, and translating process standards into ERPs and platforms
  • enabling value capture in the OpCos by driving process conformance, challenging OpCos on performance, supporting root cause analyses, bringing in good practices and learnings, and performing trainings
  • managing teams reporting into the role and overseeing people management of E2E streams teams
  • safeguarding experience and ensuring resources in team are utilised by the DBB Design team through close cooperation across hierarchical lines
  • coordinating Change Request governance, evaluating impact of changes, bringing requests to decision boards, building, testing, and releasing solutions, training key users, and updating documentation (SOPs, training materials, process flows, etc)
  • owning end-to-end processes and collaborating with Data and Technology teams to determine work required, including backlog prioritisation
  • developing and proposing improvements and advanced functionality for OpCos, defining measurable PPI metrics, managing implementation, and proposing continuous improvement in PPI measurement
  • implementing process changes in OpCos using the release management procedure, managing associated change activities, and making change stick.

 

You are a good candidate if you: 

 

  • have 8+ years of work experience in the field of expertise, including technical, commercial, financial, or supply chain roles in a complex environment, with end-to-end knowledge of the respective stream
  • have good understanding of the interaction between business processes and data and technology
  • demonstrate knowledge of business process design and modelling techniques and tools
  • show analytical, creative, pro-active, outcome-driven mindset with a quality- and customer-oriented attitude
  • understand change management principles and the HNK change model
  • have functional skills, including experience with IT systems, Microsoft Office, and Power BI
  • hold relevant project certifications.
