GPM Support Lead

Your responsibilities would include:

• governing the global template for your process stream (StP, DtW, MtC, RtR, FP&A) and ensuring consistent implementation across OpCos
• supporting OpCos in driving process adherence, sharing best practices, analyzing root causes, and delivering training
• leading and developing a team of process consultants, supporting their growth and performance
• coordinating change requests across stakeholders – from evaluation to rollout – and keeping all documentation up to date
• collaborating closely with data and technology teams on improvements, prioritization, and delivery
• monitoring process performance, proposing enhancements and KPIs (PPIs), and ensuring continuous improvement
• driving change management to support adoption of new capabilities using HEINEKEN’s change framework.
  
  
  You're a good candidate if you have:
  
  
  
• a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in complex global organizations, ideally in technical, financial, or supply chain roles
• proven knowledge of end-to-end business processes and their integration with data and technology
• strong people management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
• excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• a structured, analytical mindset and experience working with tools like Power BI and ERP systems.
  
  

You're a great candidate if you also have:

• a project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
• working knowledge of systems like SAP, Oracle
• experience working on large-scale process transformations in a multinational environmentols depending on stream.
