GPM Support Lead

As a Support Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of finance processes across Heineken’s Operating Companies (OpCos). This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team, manage large-scale transformation initiatives, and drive the adoption of global ways of working (WoW) for BASE, DBB, and Finance Tools. Your responsibilities would include:
Project Management
- lead departmental transformation projects and support DBB OpCos in building a robust standing organization
- define project plans, identify key risks and actions, and ensure effective stakeholder engagement
- drive continuous improvement and support projects such as RPA implementations and conformance meetings
- coordinate testing activities to minimize disruption to live operations
Change Management & Business Adoption
- drive change management efforts across BASE and DBB OpCos, including knowledge assessments, stakeholder engagement, and conformance reviews
- lead training strategies and prepare OpCos for smooth transitions between systems and ways of working
- support business partners and ambassadors in implementing and sustaining changes
Communication Strategy
- develop and implement the department’s internal communication strategy
- ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives and promote clarity and consistency across initiatives
- support change initiatives through effective messaging and communication planning
People & Team Leadership
- foster a high-performance culture and support the growth and development of team members.
You're a good candidate if you have:
- proven experience in people management and team leadership
- a strong background in project management and cross-functional coordination
- excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at multiple levels
- a Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- experience in process improvement, organizational change, or business adoption
- fluent written and verbal English skills
- the ability to work effectively in a complex, global environment.
You're a perfect candidate if you also have:
- certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- experience in multinational organizations, particularly in the telecom or finance sectors
- a proven track record of executing communication strategies
- experience leading organizational change projects and managing diverse global teams
- familiarity with HEINEKEN’s global tools and ways of working.
