GPM Stream Lead

Your responsibilities would include:

• Governing the template by acting as the lead and spokesperson for the Market to Cash stream, validating process designs (design reference groups), and translating process standards into ERPs and platforms.
• Enabling value capture in the OpCos by driving process conformance, challenging OpCos on performance, supporting root cause analyses, sharing good practices and learnings, delivering training, and providing knowledge on template ways of working.
• Managing teams reporting into the role by providing people management for end-to-end stream teams.
• Safeguarding experience and resources within the team by ensuring close cooperation with the DBB Design team across hierarchical lines.
• Governing Change Requests (changes, new capabilities, new platforms) by coordinating impact evaluations (benefit, cost, cross-functional impact), bringing proposals to the decision board (Global Functions), and, following approval, coordinating solution design, build, test, and release to production, including OpCo testing, user training, and documentation updates (SOPs, training materials, process flows, etc.).
• Owning end-to-end accountability by closely collaborating with Data and Technology teams to define required work, including backlog prioritisation, in coordination with the GPM Stream Lead.
• Driving issue resolution (incidents, replication issues, etc.) for CFIN through agile ways of working and by acting as Product Owner.
• Managing process performance and scope for OpCos by developing and proposing improvement and advanced functionality initiatives (including interdependencies), defining and implementing measurable PPIs, and driving continuous improvement in PPI measurement.
• Leading change management by implementing process changes in OpCos through release management procedures, managing change associated with capability implementations using the HNK standard change model, and performing activities to ensure changes are sustained (“Make Change Stick”).

You are a good match if you have: 

• Education: Master’s Degree
• Work experience: 8+ years
• Working experience in technical, commercial, financial or supply chain roles in a complex environment, end-to-end knowledge of respective stream
• Good understanding of the interaction between business processes and data and technology, Business process design and modelling techniques and tools, analytical, creative, pro-active, outcome driven and has a quality-and customer-oriented attitude, understanding of change management and HNK change model
• Experience with IT systems, Microsoft Office, Power BI
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and foster an open, collaborative environment, combined with cross-functional collaboration, people and change management, analytical and consulting capabilities, and the confidence to influence, challenge, and build effective relationships.
• Strong leadership capabilities, role-model HEINEKEN behaviours, and experience leading, coaching, and motivating diverse teams to deliver high performance. 
• End-to-end Market-to-Cash expertise across Sales, Logistics, and Finance, including customer data, pricing and discounts, order and delivery management, billing, credit and collections, dispute handling, and use of pricing, cash allocation, and credit management tools (e.g., Autobank, SAP FSCM).
