GPM Senior Product Specialist - Zycus eProcurement

We’re looking for a GPM Product Specialist - Zycus eProcurement to join our Global Process Management (GPM) team within HEINEKEN Global Procurement (HGP). This is a hands-on, business-critical role supporting the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our procurement platforms across the world.
You’ll play a vital part in managing BAU tool support, enabling effective collaboration with Operating Companies (OpCos), and ensuring our procurement processes remain efficient, compliant, and aligned with HEINEKEN’s global standards. As the expert on Zycus eProcurement, you will guide users, resolve incidents, and help shape the future of procurement tooling at HEINEKEN.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Acting as the subject matter expert for Zycus eProcurement and supporting related transactional procurement processes
- Supporting end users across OpCos by resolving issues, managing escalations, and guiding them through tool usage
- Driving improvements and identifying opportunities to enhance tool performance and process efficiency
- Coordinating with Capability Owners, Platform Deployment Specialists, and D&T teams to implement tool changes and enhancements
- Leading functional/business testing of new functionalities and coordinating UAT activities
- Supporting system upgrades, service pack installations, and global tool change initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with HEINEKEN policies, templates, and Data Management Standards
- Delivering training and refreshers to key and end users and keeping documentation up to date
- Analyzing tool incidents before escalation and contributing to continuous performance tracking
- Participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and sprint reviews.
You're a good candidate if you have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in procurement systems, transactional processes (e.g., ordering), or IT/business support
- Expertise in Source-to-Pay (StP) platforms—experience with Zycus, Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools is preferred
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and basic knowledge of PtP Finance
- Experience working in global teams or Shared Services/GBS environments
- Proven ability to deliver process improvements and lead or support standardization initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies
- Experience in training delivery and documentation creation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies (a plus)
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
