GPM Senior Product Specialist - Operational Contract Portal

We are looking for a GPM Product Specialist (Operational Contract Model) to join our Global Process Management (GPM) team within HEINEKEN Global Procurement (HGP). In this critical role, you will ensure the efficient functioning, continuous improvement, and global alignment of our Contract Management processes and tooling across the HEINEKEN network.
As a GPM Product Specialist, you will be the expert and go-to person for one or more procurement platforms — supporting end users globally, driving improvements, ensuring system compliance, and playing a key role in our Source-to-Pay (StP) process excellence.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Acting as the subject matter expert for the Operational Contract Model (OCP) and its related tools
- Providing day-to-day support to Operating Companies (OpCos), resolving tool-related issues and ensuring business continuity
- Supporting change requests and driving the implementation of new functionalities in collaboration with D&T and Capability Owners
- Managing tool testing, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validating system changes before release
- Delivering training sessions and maintaining up-to-date materials for key and end users
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring compliance with procurement policies, templates, and data management standards
- Working with Platform Deployment Specialists and ERP consultants to bridge tools and end-to-end procurement processes
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities across the contract lifecycle
- Participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and reviews
- Acting as the first escalation point for contract tool-related issues across OpCos.
You're a good candidate if you have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in procurement systems, contract management tools, or IT/business support
- Hands-on experience with transactional procurement processes, particularly in contract management and ordering
- Familiarity with platforms such as SAP or other StP ools
- Excellent understanding of Source-to-Pay (StP) processes and general PtP finance concepts
- Proven success in process improvement or standardization initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally
- Experience working in or with Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) or OpCos
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum ways of working is a plus
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
