GPM Senior Product Specialist - EPM

Your responsibilities would include:

• managing profitability & variance analysis (P&VA) for DBB and handling BAU for OpCos live with DBB
• collaborating with DBB SO consultants FP&A and joining KU community FP&A
• reviewing allocations, results, and PPI outcomes
• refreshing OpCos training in EPM (oracle tool) and keeping training materials updated
• supporting product owner in managing finance product and driving product backlog realization
• providing end-to-end process and product expertise to stakeholders
• validating process designs and translating standards into technology solutions
• identifying and implementing improvements, proposing redesigns and new functionalities
• assessing and executing change requests (CRs, BRDs) and coordinating implementation
• maintaining product daily: monitoring changes, analyzing issues, performing functional testing, and coordinating UAT
• ensuring proper release management and compliance with data management standards
• supporting system upgrades, service packs, and global changes (e.g., IFRS)
• acting as first escalation point and guiding OpCos to follow standard processes
• measuring KPIs/PPIs and template usage.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or other related studies
• at least 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting in an SSC/BPO environment, including 2+ years of experience in FP&A.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• OpCo experience, OpCo network, HEINEKEN experience
• BASE experience would be an asset
• knowledge of project management methodology (P3M, PMP, Prince, Agile or equivalent)
• experience in conducting trainings
• Oracle EPM knowledge.
