GPM Process Consultant Finance DtW

The Process Consultant leads functional areas such as production, logistics, sales, procurement, or finance, contributing to end-to-end (E2E) processes like StP, DtW, MtC, RtR, and BPM. As a Process Consultant Finance DtW, you will support the Demand-to-Warehouse (DtW) E2E process.

As Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Process Consultants represent Global Functions to implement model processes in ERP platforms, collaborate across teams, and propose improvements or changes. They ensure alignment with global standards, guide Operating Companies (OpCos), and continuously enhance the Global Template for ERP systems. Their ultimate goal is to drive process excellence and standardization.

Your responsibilities would include:

• supporting the E2E Stream Lead in managing the Demand-to-Warehouse (DtW) process, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices
• validating process designs and translating them into actionable solutions within ERP platforms
• proposing process improvements and redesigns to enhance performance, collaborating with the Design Authority and Operating Companies (OpCos)
• leading the governance of processes by facilitating change requests and ensuring process updates are modeled in the High-Level Process Model (HEPM)
• monitoring and enhancing process performance by defining and implementing measurable Process Performance Indicators (PPIs) and driving continuous improvement
• rolling out process changes effectively, incorporating change management activities into plans, engaging stakeholders, and addressing cultural sensitivities.

You are a good candidate if you:

• have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a complex, international environment or within the FMCG industry
• possess strong knowledge of business process design and modeling techniques
• are capable of working in a cross-functional environment and have excellent communication skills to explain complex topics in simple language
• demonstrate consultancy skills, with the ability to be critical and challenge constructively
• have a good understanding of the interaction between business processes and technology, particularly ERP systems
• are fluent in English.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• expertise in Demand to Warehouse processes, including
• standard and actual cost price calculations
• production variances and inventory accounting
• period-end close activities.
