GPM Invoice Management Consultant

As a GPM Invoice Management Consultant in our Global D&T Function (STP Team), you will be the go-to expert on Invoice Management processes and tools, with a primary focus on Basware. You’ll handle complex invoice management challenges, guiding less experienced team members and coordinating team activities for maximum efficiency. You’ll also play a key role in connecting invoice management tools with related applications, and you’ll ensure that our processes continue to improve and adapt to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- acting as the Basware expert, addressing advanced and complex Basware topics
- redesigning and optimize existing processes, prioritizing improvement opportunities
- creating and update detailed process documentation to guide work execution
- serving as the primary liaison between the invoice management tool and other up/downstream applications
- introducing new functionalities, assessing the impact on processes and businesses across Operating Companies (OpCos) in scope
- supporting OpCos in adhering to standardized processes, acting as an ambassador for the GPM Invoice Management team to internal and external stakeholders
- coordinating team activities, allocate resources, and serve as backup for the Product Owner
- leading sprint planning and reviews, and handle HR-related topics within the team
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Education: University degree
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in invoice management
- System Requirements: 3+ years of Basware experience; SAP IM / Esker experience is a plus
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, project management, and effective stakeholder management
- Language: Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are a plus
