The Orchestration Business Consultant is responsible for the design and delivery of the Process Orchestration tool, specifically for the Source-to-Pay and Demand-to-Warehouse end-to-end processes. Process Orchestration is an exciting new capability for HEINEKEN, where we monitor that our end-to-end processes such as Market-to-Cash and Source-to-Pay flow seamlessly across all functions and platforms that support them: from order creation to delivery, invoicing and payment. We make their paths and current status visible in real time and signal any issues along the way, allowing OpCo end users to take remediating actions instantly. We will also apply intelligent automation technologies and machine learning to help resolve those issues, allowing us to recommend Next Best Actions to end users, or even automatically fix issues before the end user is aware. All this to work towards a seamless process experience for our customers, suppliers and employees.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • designing Process Orchestration workflows and alert systems in collaboration with Global Functions (Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance), adhering to established best practices and industry standards for business process management and automation
  • transforming functional designs into a comprehensive project plan encompassing organisational and technical elements, including but not limited to data integration, user interface, security measures, and performance optimization
  • providing detailed guidance to our System Integration (SI) Partner (e.g., IBM) on the development of Process Orchestration workflows utilizing the platform's low-code development environment, and oversee the testing phase to ensure deliverables meet specifications
  • validating the solution's suitability and functionality through rigorous testing procedures, employing agile methodologies and relevant tools to assess both functional and end-user perspectives
  • collaborating closely with DBB Transition teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-Go Live support for the Orchestration dashboard in Operational Companies (OpCos), including provisioning training, creating documentation, and addressing any technical issues that may arise.
