Analyst in Source to Pay & Demand to Warehouse

Main responsibilities:

• Identification and analysis of business impacts of implementation of the Global Template
• Identify OpCo and Region requirements, analyse operational issues, propose potential solutions and after approval support implementation of the processes and procedures
• Prepares and monitors actual OpCo results
• Analyses and reports OpCo results to OpCo, Region/Global and Business Partners
• Proactively looking for improvements in OpCo operational processes and PPI dashboard
• Advise OpCo and Region in setting of improvement targets
• Develop and maintain successful working relationships with key stakeholders 

Experiences/competencies:

• 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable position
• Experience in monitoring and reporting process performance and process performance indicators
• Knowledge of PowerBI
• Excellent business analytical skills to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement of service and customer satisfaction
• Able to understand E2E processes and the application to the tasks and responsibilities in this position
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and excellent skills in relationship building and collaboration at all levels of the organisation
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
• Strong cultural awareness and versatility in styles
• Good understanding of Source to Pay process: Procurement, Inbound Logistics and Purchase to Pay finance
• Good understanding on Demand to Warehouse process: Production, Inventory Movements, Inventory Management and Product Costing
