GCS&L Program Lead - Delivery Excellence

Your responsibilities would include:
- Executing projects from preparation to stabilization, according to a defined deployment methodology, in time and in budget
- Onboarding (OpCo) project team to project methodology, project management tools and functional content of the project
- Acting as a single point of contact towards the OpCo, liaising with system integrators, software vendors, global product owner and D&T
- Ensuring local business requirements are understood and met, and maximize the value generated
- Carefully managing the tension between local business value, process standardization and process complexity
- Guiding and supporting a group of DBB platform deployment specialist, thus extending Global CS&L into the DBB (Digital Backbone) organization
- Closely linking to the product owner to ensure continuous improvement of the global template
- Continuously improving deployment methodology in liaison with program manager
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or Management or Business Administration
- 8+ years relevant working experience (excellent practical knowledge of distribution operations, especially regarding transportation, fulfillment and route settlement processes in an FMCG context)
- Experience with Shipment Execution, Proof of Delivery and Transport
- Visibility software platforms
- Relevant experience in software deployment projects
- Market to Cash E2E process knowledge, analytical skills, able to communicate and work with relevant SMEs
- Knowledge of Transportation Management, preferably, exposure to Electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) and Shipment Tracking and Visibility (RTV)
- Knowledge about working in an agile environment.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
