GCS&L Performance and Analytics Deployment Lead

Your responsibilities would include:

•    developing detailed deployment plans, including timelines, resources, risks, and contingencies
•    defining and managing the scope of deployments to align with GCS&L Performance & Analytics goals and the DBB roadmap
•    acting as a liaison between the GCS&L P&A team and DBB workstreams, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration
•    overseeing deployment execution, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring quick resolution of issues
•    coordinating and delivering training sessions to end-users to ensure proper knowledge transfer and value realization
•    gathering user feedback and working closely with the product owner to align deployments with OpCo needs
•    documenting deployment processes, value delivered, and improvement opportunities
•    suggesting and implementing process improvements for future rollouts

You are a good candidate if you have:

•    5-8 years of experience in supply chain roles in logistics or customer service
•    project management experience, with a proven track record in execution
•    FMCG or CPG industry experience
•    experience in global organizations, working with multicultural stakeholders
•    fluent English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate in an international environment

•    strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making

You are a perfect match if you also have:
•    experience in commerce or project management roles
•    project management certification (a plus)
•    a postgraduate degree or certifications in supply chain management
•    additional language skills in French, Spanish, or Portuguese
