Your responsibilities would include:
- responsible for period end close of HO financials P&L, balance sheet, FTE and Capex
- create month end closing reports/presentations (ex. BPR, travel report, etc.)
- support BCs with other reports/request as Total Cost of Finance
- leads the governance cycle for GSC HO and makes sure a smooth AP, SP and RoFo processes
- works closely together with BCs to discuss and challenge their AP, SP and RoFo input
- makes sure that management reports are send out timely to HO team
- makes sure required CIL datasets are send OTIF
- identifies cost saving opportunities to discuss with HO MT and transfer those as concrete saving initiative in SNOW
- report out on saving progression actuals, AP and SP
- makes sure that cost consciousness mindset increases further in SC HO
- support, build and track together with functions business cases
- ad-hoc – support team in case of ad-hoc requests.

You are a good candidate if you have:
- education: Degree / Master in business economics or accounting & control.Thorough knowledge of business economical processes
- work experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in Finance, with solid knowledge of back-office finance and cross functional planning & control experience § Required work experience in field of expertise: Demonstrated experience in business control, financial control and/or FP&A § Other fields of expertise
- experience of working within a multinational matrix style environment is valuable and process design (FP&A)
- functional skills: Finance knowledge, Analytical, Experience with SAP, strong communicator
- languages: English (excellent verbal & written skills).
