We are looking for a D&T Finance Platforms Consultant to support the Planon platform. The Planon platform is used to support the lease accounting processes. As a Finance Platforms Consultant, you are part of an empowered agile Product Team, responsible for delivering continuous product increments each sprint. You support the Business Process Owner by translating business requirements and architectural guidelines into technical solutions, contributing to the development of Finance Platforms integrated with Central Finance and standalone reconciliation tools used by Global Finance. You also act as an IT liaison for Finance, coordinating with support partners, reviewing functional and technical designs, and managing changes and escalations to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of finance systems.
Your responsibilities would include:

ensuring consistency of the overall solution

working with the process specialist to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicate program and platform/application requirements

managing the quality of the solution and technical debt

identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposing how to resolve these
-
maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends and architecture best practices and evaluating them for applicability
-
keeping up with developments in the finance area, focusing on technical solutions and being end-to-end responsible with the team to deliver the value of the product through its entire life cycle

delivering working product enhancements within allocated timelines and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire to a zero defect culture
ensuring that overall Heineken standards and best practices are adhered by (i.e. Quality, Compliance) -
being a tech-savvy team member, developing products with innovative elements

cooperating with business representatives to work out business requirements and acceptance criteria in the form of user stories, assessing their complexity and translating them into implementable solutions and configurations

ensuring that product design and implementation adhere to functional requirements and architecture standards

demonstrating product features during sprint reviews to stakeholders

coordinating the work of third-party engineers and global gis/d&t solution teams to secure successful it solution delivery.
You are a good candidate if you have:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics or other related studies
- practical experience: 3–4 years in managing or maintaining enterprise-level finance platforms or applications
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- experience as a business and technical consultant responsible for the maintenance and development of the product
- technical background with experience in one or more it areas
- team player approach and experience working effectively within the product team, with the ability to influence others to reach consensus
- ability to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and truths and bring an open mind to understanding and building on the views of others, with experience coordinating work between teams seen as a plus
- ability to work in teams and work dedicated to a team
- working with multidisciplinary teams to craft it solutions
- troubleshooting technology problems
- comfortable approach to frequent incremental testing and deployment, with a strong grasp of automation and data management tools
- experience in supporting ERP and/or cloud solutions is a plus
- Agile/Scrum knowledge and project management experience.
