Your responsibilities would include:

• being responsible for platform the Incident and Change management process (CET time zone)

• coordinating work of third-party engineers and D&T global solutions teams for Integration and Enterprise Data Management areas of the platform

• cooperating with business representatives to work out business requirements and acceptance criteria in the form of user stories, assessing the complexity of these, and translating into implementable solutions and configurations

• being responsible for ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices are adhered by (i.e. Quality, Security, Compliance).

   

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics, or other related studies.
• practical experience minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing/maintenance of Enterprise level Finance platforms/applications
• experience in the role of a business and technical consultant who is responsible for the maintenance and development of the product
• good internal and external stakeholder management
• working with multi-disciplinary teams to craft IT solutions.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• Agile / Scrum knowledge and Project Management experience

• experience in supporting of ERP and / or other Cloud solutions

• experience with integration platforms (API based, REST/SOAP)

• experience with Workflow and Service Management solutions (ServiceNow).
