This role is part of the D&T department of HEINEKEN International and is located in Heineken Global Shared Service. The Finance Platform Consultant and has specialised knowledge in one or more of the areas of expertise (like PtP, RtR, OtC, Tax, Treasury or FP&A), securing development and maintenance of Finance Platforms, providing Digital & Technology capabilities for Global Finance at HEINEKEN. In this particular vacancy, we are looking for an ANAPLAN solution expert within the area of Financial Planning.

The Finance Platform Consultant owns features/Finance Platforms from a Technology perspective, understands Global Finance needs and converts them into solution specifications in line with overall systems architecture, standards and roadmaps.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Ensuring consistency of the overall ANAPLAN, financial planning solution
• Working with the Global Process Owners to understand, elicit, analyse, document and communicate program and platform/application requirements
• Providing guidance and coaching to team members
• Manages the quality of the solution and technical debt
• Ensuring that Features/ Finance Platforms are driving implementation of standardised business processes, delivering business value through business process efficiency and a common way of working.
• Being multidisciplinary – ensuring that the key competencies and expertise needed to develop, build, deploy and support the Product are embedded in the team
• Responsibility for ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices are adhered by (i.e. Quality, Compliance, Data Standardisation, IT Controls);
• Understanding and interpretation of financial information to ensure value-driven decisions are made and the impact to the organisation is clearly articulated
• Making sure that the team conducts continuous improvement analysis on existing applications, architectures and identifies optimisations
• Verifying the implementation to ensure the systems are delivering the foreseen business value and meeting the requirements
• Maintaining and building relationships to anticipate and shape client demands with internal customers and relevant internal and external parties
• Understanding the end-to-end solution service - not just the technical components and impact from a user’s perspective
• Maintaining, improving and executing of the support model, ensuring SLAs for Features/Finance platforms are met and business satisfaction is achieved.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Experience with IT solutions supporting performance management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning tools (ANAPLAN preferred).
• Understanding of data analytics tools and techniques used in performance management, including dashboard creation and KPI monitoring
• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms and how they integrate with ERP systems for performance management
• Understanding of financial controlling processes and internal allocation mechanisms
• Knowledge of data integrity and governance standards in the context of FP&A processes
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a technology-related subject and/or equivalent recognised work experience
• Practical experience in managing IT application maintenance and/or deployment, and development
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
• Ability to be the liaison between senior business and IT stakeholders
• Ability to promote a culture of innovation that encourages idea sharing and creative thinking
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
• Experience in managing relationships with external consultants/ 3rd parties.
