Finance Controlling Team Leader

You are a good match if you have:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting or Controlling or Business Administration
  • Relavant experience as People Leader

  • Broad experience in the area of Managerial Reporting or Accounting or Controlling
  • Fluent written and verbal English


Your daily tasks may include:


As People Leader:

1) Plans resources for the team, recruit right people and effectively manages changes in the team

2) Sets SMART individual objectives linked to the HEINEKEN Global and HEINEKEN Kraków strategy

3) Oversees teams activities and workload

4) Maintains both the team climate and motivation of your team members at a high level

5) Handles underperformance timely and effectively and recognize good performance and reward best people according to the Performance Management and R& R policies in the organisation

6) Plans succession, develops people in the pipeline for leaders or experts


As Business Leader:

7) Oversee the analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast and benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers

8) Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data, presentation of findings and analysis based on reports prepared in his team

9) Optimizes team performance to increase productivity, recommends changes of process standards and procedures, identifies areas for process/report standardization

10) Ensures processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements

11) Owns and effectively manage team’s budget (over-time, travels, rewards & recognition, unused holidays, band mix)

12) Acts as the escalation point for the most complex queries and the most sensitive stakeholders (Senior Controllers and FDs)
