Finance Automation Lead

Your responsibilities would include:
• leadership role for technology area of Federated Automation Team, managing through planning resources for the team, recruit right people, on-boarding and setting goals and objectives
• formulating the architecture and design of Finance Automation products based on functional and non-functional requirements, balancing the goals and constraints of used technologies in D&T Finance organization
• conducting continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures and identifies architectural optimizations
• prioritization of projects/developments and resource management
• collaborating with Solution Architect on the solution design to ensure it conforms to overall architectural vision and technical roadmap
• cooperating with Business and Technology stakeholders on optimal usage of data sources, consultation of Automation solutions and understanding best practices and new developments
• keeping up with relevant developments in own functional area and ensure development, transfer and retention of knowledge. Is end-to-end responsible to deliver the value of Product through the entire Product life cycle
• ensuring maximum reusability of existing data sources and models
• providing ongoing, regular 1-2-1 feedback to team members on their performance and development
• planing succession, developing best people in the pipeline for leaders or experts
• effectively managing changes in the team
• managing of internal and external stakeholders for most effective delivery of Automation solutions
• creating of multi-disciplinary teams for more complex Automation developments
• liasing with business SMEs to be a point of contact for Automation/RPA technical expertise and portfolio generation
• ensuring controls and governance across the whole Product lifecycle process is always adhered to and managed.


You are a good candidate if you have:
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics or other related studies
• practical experience minimum 5 years with UiPath, Innowera and SAP Scripting
• experience in managing software and technical development teams
• experience in project and resource planning
• ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
• ability to understand system complexity and translate technical concepts into solutions/applications
• experience in data modelling and data model normalization 
• ability to draw conclusions, escalate issues and define recommendations
• proven record of successfully developed and implemented solutions within a corporate environment
• proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues
• ability to independently drive improvements, acts as a change agent and has a hands-on mentality. Works structured and is committed to deliver results
• dynamic and eager to work on a variety of topics to support work across the team
• very good interpersonal skills and relationship building capabilities
• excellent written and verbal English
