As a Finance Automation Consultant, you will be a key driver in shaping and delivering automation solutions that enhance financial operations across global and local teams.

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, with a strong focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. 

Your role will be instrumental in transforming ideas into impactful solutions that streamline processes, improve data integrity, and boost productivity. 

Your responsibilities would include:

•  leading the end-to-end delivery of automation projects, from design to deployment, using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• designing and building custom business applications and workflows that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and data sources
• integrating Power Platform solutions with other global solutions delivered using the HyperAutomation Technology Toolkit
• working within an Agile framework, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure iterative and collaborative delivery of automation solutions
• providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and business analysts
• staying current with Power Platform updates and industry trends to continuously improve solution design and delivery
• analysing and optimising financial processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend automation strategies
• ensuring solutions are compliant with governance, security, and data privacy standards
• maintaining documentation for solutions, including architecture diagrams, user guides, and support materials. 

You are a good candidate if you have:

•  deep expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud Flows), and Dataverse
• the Pl-200 MS certification
• understanding of the DevOps practices and ALM for Power Platform
• deep understanding of finance processes and can bridge the gap between business and technology
• experience in collaborating with stakeholders across different levels
• experience with working within an Agile framework, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure iterative and collaborative delivery of automation solutions
• experience in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable low-code solutions
• deep understanding of RPA and Low Code – No Code technologies, and designing efficient workflows
• expertise in discussions to achieve consensus and drive decision-making
• problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• approach of communicating clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• adaptability and the urge to continuous learning
• time management skills to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects
• knowledge on how to work with API’s. 
  
  

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• the Pl-400 or PL-500 MS certification
• experience and willingness to learn Hyper Automation technologies or techniques (UiPath) 
• familiarity with quality, architecture, compliance, and security standards
• creative thinking skills for innovative solutions to business challenges
• interpersonal skills for strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
• experience with AI Builder, or other Microsoft 365 services 
• knowledge of SAP
• knowledge of scripting.
