FP&A Specialist

Your daily tasks may include:

• developing automated, scalable dashboards and datasets in Power BI, integrating multiple data sources into standardised reporting
• creating and maintaining dataflows, DAX measures and data models to support operational and strategic reporting
• designing, maintaining and improving advanced FP&A models in Anaplan, ensuring data consistency and alignment with governance
• translating business requirements into technical reporting solutions and continuously improving them
• partnering with Business Control to understand key drivers and converting them into system logic, rules and assumptions
• ensuring high-quality data pipelines by monitoring data loads, performing root-cause analysis, solving discrepancies and preventing recurrences
• optimizing FP&A processes through automation and standardization, increasing efficiency and reliability of planning cycles
• preparing insights-driven analyses using advanced analytical tools, visual storytelling and automated reporting
• participating in design, testing and deployment of enhancements in Anaplan models and Power BI environments
• supporting planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles by enabling efficient system usage, data validation and scenario modelling
• maintaining full documentation of models, calculations, integrations and processes to ensure strong audit trail and governance
• ensuring processes and controls within own area are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements
• collaborating frequently with stakeholders to gather needs, share insights and recommend data-driven improvements

You are a good match if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Data Analytics or Finance Technology
• hands-on experience with Power BI (data modelling, DAX, Power Query, dataflows)
• experience working with planning systems (Anaplan strongly preferred; other planning tools also acceptable)
• strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex datasets
• experience of working in a service delivery model environment
• ability to work with large datasets, structured workflows and process documentation

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• experience building or administering Anaplan models (certifications nice to have)
• knowledge of Python, SQL or other scripting languages to support automation (nice to have)
• CIMA or ACCA
• LSS Certificates
• ability to translate technical insights into clear business recommendations
• strong attention to detail combined with a process improvement mindset
