FP&A Lead

Your daily tasks may include:
- coordinating and supervising daily team activities (process-based cross Operating Company i.e., Period Closing, Planning & Budgeting/Forecasting & Profitability), assigning and setting priorities of FP&A business processes
- playing a key role in driving transformations, standardization, and process improvements within the FP&A area
- overseeing the integration and utilization of financial software and tools to automate and enhance FP&A processes
- ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with HEINEKEN Group and unit requirements
- ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies as well as service delivery within the agreed SLAs and KPIs
- acting as an escalation point in terms of dedicated process/set of processes, anticipating potential objections, and preparing cases accordingly
- providing training, coaching, and mentorship to the FP&A team to enhance their skills and capabilities, sharing expertise with colleagues and others; offering mentoring and guidance to others regarding FP&A processes
- coordinating and leading a team of FP&A professionals, ensuring they adhere to established processes and meet performance expectations, planning succession, developing people in the pipeline for leaders or experts
- implementing department goals and strategy alongside the team, ensuring transparent communication, breaking down the “silos”.
You are a good match if you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or accounting or similar
- CIMA/ACCA qualified or education in progress desired
- minimum 6 years of experience in financial controlling, planning, and financial analysis
- at least 4 years in managing people (preferably expert teams)
- good understanding of financial statement and accounting principles
- business acumen, analytical skills, decision-making skills, change management skills, accountability
- great relationship builder - ability to quickly form working relationships, gain credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels, as well as senior management
- English B2/C1 written and verbal communication skills.
You are a perfect match if you also have:
- experience with FP&A systems (SAP, Oracle, or Anaplan)
- Italian nice to have.
